Returns & Refunds
At Gata Delgado, each piece is made with intention and care. We hope you love your order; however, we understand that sometimes a return may be needed.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible full-price items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • unworn, unused and in original condition
  • returned with all original tags, packaging and protective coverings intact
  • free from marks, perfume, makeup, odour, damage or alterations
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, hosiery, intimate items or any item marked as final sale.
Sale, pre-order and made-to-order items
All sale items, promotional purchases, pre-order items and made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to request a return
Email studio@gatadelgado.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
  • your order number
  • the name of the item you wish to return
  • the reason for your return
  • clear photographs, where relevant
Please wait for written return approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is confirmed to be faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Gata Delgado cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome of your return request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty or was sent in error.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact studio@gatadelgado.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
